Refund & Return Policy

Odeun offers structured digital fitness programs and optional branded merchandise designed to support physical development, discipline, and self-improvement. All purchases made through Odeun are subject to the following refund and return terms.

1. Digital Fitness Programs & Online Content

Odeun’s digital products include, but are not limited to:

Training programs
Workout plans
Digital guides
Downloadable or streamed content

Policy

All digital products are FINAL SALE. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not available.

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate purchase
Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be reasonably resolved
Where required by applicable law

Note: Customers are responsible for reviewing program descriptions, requirements, and compatibility before completing a purchase.

2. Branded Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

Odeun branded merchandise is optional and intended for individuals who wish to represent and support the Odeun community.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for merchandise are limited and issued at Odeun’s discretion. A refund may be approved if:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The item does not fit as expected (sizing issue)
The order was canceled before shipment

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of preference unrelated to sizing
Buyer’s remorse
Normal wear and tear

Refund Request Process

To request a merchandise refund, customers must:

Contact Odeun within 7 days of delivery
Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Clear photos of the item (required for defective or incorrect items)

Important

Items may be tried on once solely for sizing purposes, provided that all original tags remain attached.

To remain eligible for a refund, items must be returned:

Unwashed
Free of stains, odors, or damage
With original tags attached and packaging in good condition
Without signs of extended use, training, or outdoor wear

Items with removed or altered tags, or showing signs of use beyond a brief sizing try-on, will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Odeun reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise meets inspection standards.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Policy Disclosure

By completing a purchase on the Odeun website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy. Odeun reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

This policy does not affect statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
