Odeun offers branded merchandise that is fulfilled and shipped directly to customers. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

• All merchandise orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–8 business days after shipment

• International (if applicable): 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Odeun is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

3. Shipping Costs​

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Odeun is not responsible for lost packages.

• Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Odeun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.

6. International Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Odeun does not control or collect these charges.
